The short version: We collect only what you send us through the contact form or by email, plus standard server data needed to deliver the site. We don’t sell your information, and this site doesn’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Entrepreneurs Enterprises, LLC (“Entrepreneurs Enterprises,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information on entrepreneurs-enterprises.com (the “site”). We are a real estate development and construction company serving the Kansas City, Missouri metro area.
The site is a static, informational website hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or send us information through it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
Our contact form asks for the following:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- Project type (optional)
- Subject (optional)

You may also include other details in your message, such as a project location, unit count, financing approach, or target dates. We receive whatever you choose to write. We also receive anything you send us by email at info@entrepreneurs-enterprises.com.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider’s servers process standard request data to deliver pages to you and to keep the service secure and running. This typically includes your IP address, browser and device type (user-agent), the pages you request, the page that referred you, and the date and time of the request. We don’t use this data to build profiles of visitors.
What we don’t collect
The site does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or social-media plugins or embeds. It does not set cookies or use local storage. See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your questions and inquiries
- Evaluate and discuss potential projects with you
- Carry on ongoing business communications with people who contact us

4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the site and our email, such as our hosting and email providers. They handle information under their own terms and policies.
- With your direction, or as needed for your project. We may involve subcontractors or project partners when you ask us to, or when it’s needed to respond to your project inquiry.
- Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights or safety.
- Business changes. In connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set any cookies and does not use local storage. Because there is nothing to opt into, we don’t show a cookie banner. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail and how to manage cookies in your browser.
6. Third-party services and links
Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests those fonts, it sends your IP address and user-agent to Google. Google’s handling of that information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites. The Facebook and X icons on our pages are plain links, not embedded plugins. Those sites, and other sites we link to, such as KCTV5, have their own privacy practices that apply once you click through. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them.
7. Data retention
We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for our business relationship with you, our records, and our legal obligations. After that, we delete or de-identify the information. Server logs are kept according to the hosting provider’s practices.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure, though, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or bank account details, through the contact form.
9. Children’s privacy
The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us at info@entrepreneurs-enterprises.com and we will delete it.
10. Your choices and rights
You can email us at info@entrepreneurs-enterprises.com at any time to:
- Ask to access the personal information you’ve sent us
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Ask us to stop sending you communications
We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Residents of some U.S. states may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor applicable requests.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We don’t track visitors across sites, so there is nothing for these browser signals to switch off.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change, and we will note any material changes on this page. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
12. Contact us
Questions about this policy or your information? Email us at info@entrepreneurs-enterprises.com. We don’t publish a mailing address or phone number, so email is the best way to reach us.
